Week 6: enCompass Culture

This site, I will go back to and navigate, to look for books, or read interviews or anything of interest. For me it has promise from a work perspective, in terms of recommending it to our customers as well as for myself. I wish the name weren't such a mouthful though!
Still it's on my "Favourites" list. Thanks!

week 4: tastespotting

This is very unfair. Making us drool over gorgeous-looking delicacies at work! I chose the tomato and olive foccacia as something nibbly I might try out at home. A tasty Italian without complications!

Week 3 FeedMyInbox

Easy enough to use, apart from one more login and password to remember!!

I joined Tararua District libraries and have already received 3 feeds from them. I'm not so sure about this being so useful at work, however, customers may enjoy having the service made available.

VASANDAWALI, PAKISTAN - AUGUST 21: Families displaced from their homes by flooding travel through flood waters on August 21, 2010 in the village of Vasandawali south of Muzaffargarh in Punjab, Pakistan. The country's agricultural heartland has been devastated, with rice, corn and wheat crops destroyed by floods. Officials say as many as 20 million people have been affected during Pakistan's worst flooding in 80 years. The army and aid organizations are struggling to cope with the widespread scale of the disaster that has killed over 1,600 people and displaced millions. The UN has described the disaster as unprecedented, with over a third of the country under water. (Photo by Daniel Berehulak/Getty Images)

Some great pics in the collection. People said this exercise was easy-peasy and I agree except for the fact that you have to first publish publish your post and only then can you see the photo.
This could be most useful to big-time bloggers.

Box Files - Week 1

Aha! Once the settings issue was resolved, it was simple enough to upload and save a file.
Yes, I would recommend this to those customers who have nowhere to save their work to, as an online storage space.
Would I use it?
Sure, if I could remember it at such times as I might need it.
